Project Managers

We are not only designers, they are also Project Managers. We will guide you through the complex procedures of attaining municipal building plan approval, property rezoning as well as Special Consents . We co-ordinate and manage the entire construction team including engineers, quantity surveyors and Building Contractors.
We ensure the project team meets deadlines, reaches targets, and adheres to set budgets. A construction project requires planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure – we take the lead role in each of these aspects.

Property Development Agents

For over 20 years we have assisted property developers appraise and assess feasibilites for varying building typologies. We have successfully protected our clients against non feasible projects for decades. We retain valuable knowledge of construction legislation that inevitably guides our clients projects to yield successful outcomes. We offer a roadmap for a potential project by assessing all site investigation, research, and preliminary due diligence items against potential problems and their financial implications. The main purpose of our role is to provide a predictive analysis of the success of the overall project and the probability of various outcomes. Our feasibility studies will weigh competitor data, municipal-specific requirements, demographic trends, and macroeconomic implications – giving developers much more insight into a project’s potential.
